As spring approaches, POAs should be reviewing their pool management and maintenance service agreements (Pool MSAs) to ensure they are ready for the season ahead. An important aspect of the Pool MSA to focus on is the amount of insurance the pool vendor carries to ensure it meets the requirements of the POAs. Shareholder Ashley Koirtyohann of our Frisco Office is joined by Tim Brady, President, and Kevin Kimmel, Account Executive, of Brady, Chapman, Holland & Associates as they discuss the Pool MSA process, what to watch for within the certificate of insurance and how the insurance market has changed over the last several years.
