Real Estate Development

RMWBH’s team of real estate development attorneys blend diverse skills and experience and a passion for real estate law to provide our clients with advice to achieve their goals. Our real estate development team represents and advises developers, builders, investors, and private owners during the acquisition, planning, development, risk management, marketing, and administration phases of single-family, townhome, condominium, commercial, and mixed-use projects.

Four Phase Approach

The RMWBH real estate development attorney team provides full-service representation for clients using a four-phase approach, which is supported across several of our practice areas. This approach assists in guiding developers throughout the life of their projects, while providing the flexibility to focus on the individual needs of each project and client.

By partnering with RMWBH’s real estate development attorneys, clients gain access to the support of RMWBH’s full suite of attorneys including the areas of Commercial Real Estate, Corporate, Employment, Litigation and Property Owners Association Law throughout the various stages of the project.

More information on RMWBH’s Four-Phase Approach can be found by clicking here.

Our clients include leading local and national developers and private investors responsible for transforming the real estate landscape across Texas. The RMWBH real estate development team has collaborated with clients on projects ranging in size from small town-home developments to the master planned communities recognized as some of the largest developments in Texas.

The RMWBH real estate development attorney team includes three attorneys that are board certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Residential Real Estate Law and/or Commercial Real Estate Law. RMWBH attorneys actively participate in various local and national organizations including, the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL), Community Associations Institute (CAI) and the State Bar of Texas to stay at the forefront of trends in the marketplace and provide a voice on legal strategies.
