Drew Senulis is a Shareholder in RMWBH’s Real Estate Practice based out of the firm’s San Antonio Office.

Drew primarily partners with our commercial real estate and business clients in navigating the legal landscape of real estate transactions, financing, mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions, as well as new and existing real estate developments. Drew brings over 20 years of real estate related experience to RMWBH, having an expansive background in several areas of real estate, including, development, entitlement, construction, operations, financing, acquisition, and disposition of multifamily, hospitality, retail, and industrial projects. Over the course of Drew’s career, he has represented clients in over $2.5 billion in real estate and business transactions, and previously managed a $100 million real estate portfolio.

Recognizing the importance of every piece of a transaction or project, Drew uses the knowledge and experience gained throughout his career, along with his dedication and passion for the real estate industry, to successfully guide clients through all aspects of a real estate or business transaction or project.

Drew graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with dual B.B.A. degrees in Finance and Real Estate Finance and Development. He received his law degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law.
