RMWBH PC is proud to announce David Bledsoe and Sipra Boyd have been named as Equity Shareholders of the Firm.
David and Sipra join fellow Equity Shareholders Jeff Roberts, Marc Markel, Gregg Weinberg, Rick Butler, Himesh Gandhi, Greg Godkin, Clint Brown, Justin Markel and Dustin Fessler.
In their new roles, David and Sipra will play a key role in guiding and shaping the direction of the firm as RMWBH enters its 43rd year and beyond.

David has seen a fast rise through the ranks at RMWBH as an integral leader in our Corporate Section. He represents a wide variety of clients ranging from local businesses to international enterprises in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, securities, and real estate finance. He excels not only in large, complex transactions, but also in client relations. In his new role, David is excited to continue his corporate practice while taking on a more active role in firm management and integrating more mentorship for his fellow attorneys and staff.

Celebrating a decade with the firm this year, Sipra continues to be a vital member of the Real Estate and POA Sections for RMWBH. She counsels hundreds of property owners associations throughout Texas in all aspects of the law. Board Certified in POA and Residential Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, Sipra is one of the true specialists in her practice area regularly educating fellow attorneys for the State Bar of Texas, clients, community managers and volunteer leaders. With Sipra’s leadership and expertise, the firm looks forward to its continued representation of its clients with experience, efficiency, and effectiveness. Sipra’s new role is also an especially significant milestone for RMWBH, with Sipra being the first woman named as an Equity Shareholder at RMWBH. The Firm is excited for Sipra’s valued perspective in her new role.
