Announces New Equities and Shareholders
RMWBH is honored to announce
several deserving promotions amongst the RMWBH team of attorneys.
First, we are strengthening our Equity ownership team with the
additions of Cliff Davis and Eric Tonsul to the roles of Equity
Shareholder. Cliff and Eric have been integral voices on the POA team
for over 20 years. Their voice and leadership with the POA staff and
attorneys and throughout the POA industry have been guiding factors
into the growth of our firm in POA law in the state of Texas. Now, by
being named to the Equity ownership team their voice and leadership
will contribute to all aspects of the firm and help RMWBH continue to
grow and prosper in the years to come.
In addition, the RMWBH Shareholder team has grown by two,
as Laura Cabutto and Melissa McLain have been named Shareholders. Laura
has been a key component on the RMWBH Litigation team since joining the
firm in our Frisco office. Laura’s skills as an attorney are
highlighted when she guides clients through the various complex
litigation matters the RMWBH litigation team takes on daily. Laura has
also become a huge asset to RMWBH through her mentorship of Associates
and staff on the Litigation team and ensuring they are able to continue
to grow in their roles.
Melissa has been a valued member of the RMWBH POA team in
our Houston office since 2014. In that time, her role expanded as a
leader on the collection and deed restriction enforcement sections of
our POA team to ensure our clients’ goals are met while maintaining
empathy for the homeowners in the matters. Melissa also plays a crucial
role in mentoring our collections and DRV staff and attorneys as
someone they can reach out to discuss issues and provide solutions.
We thank each of these outstanding attorneys for their
contributions to the firm and look forward to seeing all they
accomplish in their new roles in the years ahead. Please join us in
