Christina Tagle Joins RMWBH

RMWBH is thrilled to welcome Christina Tagle as an Associate Attorney based out of the firm's Austin Office. Christina assists clients throughout the collections process to ensure all matters are checked thoroughly and comply with the law. She works closely with clients during the post-judgment collections process to ensure their legal needs are met and attends and conducts non-judicial foreclosures on their behalf.

These issues often begin with arguing with total strangers on social media about their communities and arguing with neighbors both online and in-person creating a neighbor-to-neighbor dispute. In this blog post, we will look at the common issues that cause neighbor-to-neighbor disputes, discuss if and when a POA should step in and under what circumstances it may be necessary for the property owners association’s (POA) legal counsel to become involved.
