RMWBH Announces New Roles for Five Attorneys

By RMWBH Team | Commercial Real Estate, Community Association Newsletter, Corporate Law, Litigation, Residential Real Estate | Comments are Closed | 6 February, 2025 | 0

RMWBH is proud to announce five deserving attorneys have been named to new roles within the firm. Jane Janecek and Drew Senulis of our Real Estate team have been named Equity Shareholders. Elissa Ballew, Cyra Dumitru and Justin Spears have been named Shareholders.

Jane has been a crucial member of the real estate team for almost 20 years. Originally joining the firm as a member of Butler Hailey, Jane has risen through the ranks to become an indispensable member of our Real Estate Development Team. Jane’s work in advising our developer clients and creating the documents that form the backbone of their developments can be seen throughout Texas in many of the communities where we all live.  Additionally, Jane assists clients with the sale and acquisition of land for development projects across the state.

Since joining the firm in late 2022, Drew has proven to be an invaluable resource in a short amount of time as a member of both our Real Estate and Corporate teams. Drew uses his over 20 years of real estate related experience to advise clients across many areas in the real estate financing and transaction processes. That wide range of knowledge brings with it a lifetime of experience. Drew is often a go-to resource for attorneys across the firm to assist clients with his in-depth knowledge of real estate laws and issues.

Elissa has quickly become a central part of RMWBH’s success, since joining the firm in 2024. She has honed her knowledge and skills as an attorney in a variety of large and complex commercial litigation matters with the goal of providing sound and practical legal advice, identifying issues, and developing creative solutions when appropriate on behalf of her clients. She also serves as a mentor to colleagues across the Litigation section and a trusted resource across the firm for the benefit of all clients.

Cyra has been an integral member of the Litigation team since joining the firm in 2023. Cyra has devoted her career to partnering with clients throughout the litigation process and brings an extensive litigation and real estate background to RMWBH. She has focused and been the primary attorney on developing case strategies, case production, and case review and analysis, as well as conducting legal research on different types of litigation matters, and handling cases from intake to conclusion. Cyra’s extensive experience includes complex motion practice in both State and Federal court.

Since joining the firm in 2022, Justin has also been a critical asset to the Litigation team. Justin is an exemplary team player for the firm and a complex problem-solver and persistent advocate on behalf of clients where he takes on an active role in all stages of the litigation process. Justin’s practice focuses on assisting clients in the areas of commercial litigation, general liability, and insurance defense.

The promotions of these incredible attorneys provides valuable voices in new leadership roles that will shape the path of the firm through the rest of the 2020s and beyond.
