D&O insurance policies provide coverage for claims brought against the directors and officers of corporations. Our firm provides representation for complex legal claims that are covered by D&O insurance policies as well as cases that require direct-hire representation.
Our Insurance Defense team is led by Jeffrey Roberts and Greg Godkin. Mr. Roberts is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law and Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and he is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). Mr. Godkin is an experienced litigator, who has represented some of the world’s largest corporations, as well as individuals, in a variety of complex litigation matters.
