Paloma Perez is an Associate Attorney in RMWBH’s Real Estate Section with a focus on commercial real estate. Paloma guides clients through the structuring, negotiating and drafting of commercial real estate agreements, including purchase and sale contracts, leases, financing documents, easements, and development‑related instruments.

Paloma also advises clients on coordinating due diligence, reviewing surveys, title commitments, land use restrictions, and property‑related regulatory issues; and advising developers, property owners, and commercial entities on issues involving land use, development, and compliance.

Prior to joining RMWBH, Paloma represented a variety of startups and small businesses in transactional services, as well as public school districts relating to the sale and purchase of real estate including consideration of public access and utilities including electricity, water and sewer service, and review of associated contracts.

With a desire to help clients bring their projects and visions to life through well‑structured, thoughtfully negotiated deals, Paloma finds genuine fulfillment in the blend of strategy and problem‑solving this work demands. Most of all, she enjoys becoming a trusted advisor in moments that matter, guiding clients through their most impactful investments and contributing to the growth of their portfolios and developments.

Paloma is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor’s degree in government. She received her law degree, as well as a business law concentration certificate from Texas A&M University School of Law.
