Kaleb Degler is an Associate Attorney in RMWBH’s Corporate, Securities, and Business Law section, where he focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate due diligence, and complex contract negotiations. Kaleb advises businesses at every stage of the M&A process, managing due diligence, drafting and negotiating key transaction documents, and guiding clients through strategic corporate decisions that support long‑term business growth.

Kaleb assists clients with a wide range of operational and governance matters, including employment issues, trademark filing and management, dispute resolution, and general contract review and negotiation.

Kaleb brings vast experience in a variety of corporate matters to RMWBH. Kaleb has worked on numerous corporate transactions across various industries, including mergers and acquisitions valued between $10 million and $50 million, as well as recapitalizations involving public companies totaling up to $150 million.

Striving to provide clients with clear, timely advice that not only addresses legal issues but also supports their broader commercial goals, Kaleb aims to be a reliable and proactive partner to clients and be known as someone clients can trust to anticipate issues, communicate efficiently, and follow through with results.

Kaleb is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in political science. He earned his law degree from Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law.
