Hannah Garcia is an Associate Attorney in RMWBH’s Litigation and Community Association Law sections. Hannah counsels and supports clients in insurance defense and commercial litigation matters, as well as pursuing assessment collection and deed restriction enforcement actions on behalf of the firm’s property owners association clients.

A longtime RMWBH employee, Hannah began with the firm as a legal assistant and served as a law clerk through law school before becoming an attorney. Throughout her time with RMWBH, Hannah gained valuable experience in all stages of the legal process, which has taught her how to best represent her client’s interests, develop client relationships and navigate issues that arise throughout the litigation process.

Hannah understands the importance of each client interaction and is passionate about ensuring the client knows she is not only providing legal advice but listening to their needs and gaining a better understanding of their objectives. This enables Hannah to develop a legal plan tailored to the client’s needs.

Hannah is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Global Studies with a focus in International Security. She received her law degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law.
