Gregg Weinberg is a Shareholder in the Litigation Section of RMWBH. His practice is concentrated on high‑stakes commercial litigation, land use and development disputes, and professional liability litigation, including matters involving complex financial, real estate, and regulatory issues. Mr. Weinberg is frequently entrusted with cases that are procedurally complex, legally demanding, or particularly challenging from a risk perspective.

Mr. Weinberg is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law and Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He is a Fellow of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) and has been consistently recognized in the Thomson Reuters Super Lawyers editions.

Mr. Weinberg is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin where he received his bachelor’s degree with honors. He received his law degree from the Dedman School of Law at Southern Methodist University.
