For over 20 years, Mr. Godkin has represented some of the world’s largest corporations as well as individuals in the areas of complex Business and Corporate Litigation, Directors and Officers Liability, Fiduciary Duty, Energy and Maritime, Construction Law, Catastrophic Personal Injury, and Complex Family Law Matters.
