Chelsea Foster is an Associate Attorney in RMWBH’s Litigation Section where she represents clients navigating the complexities of insurance defense. Taking a hands-on approach, Chelsea leads clients through every phase of litigation—from drafting motions and dissecting claims to managing discovery and conducting impactful depositions.

Before joining RMWBH, Chelsea built a strong foundation in insurance defense across the maritime and property sectors. This experience sharpened her legal writing and analytical skills, allowing her to deliver clear, comprehensive evaluations of case files and experts reports that help clients make informed decisions.

Chelsea earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Our Lady of the Lake University and went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Texas Southern University’s Thurgood Marshall School of Law.
