Brittany Olsen

Brittany Olsen is an Associate in RMWBH’s Community Association Law Section. Brittany works with clients daily to navigate through their legal needs. She routinely handles assessment collection and deed restriction violation matters while ensuring all processes adhere to Texas law. Brittany also advises and educates property owners association boards on corporate issues including, preparing and amending their bylaws, policies, and rules and regulations that make up their governing documents.

Using skills learned from her prior role as an IT Accessibility Specialist at a major Texas University, Brittany is able to interpret and analyze complex ideas and processes and communicate them to others in a way that is easy to understand.

Brittany’s goal is to ensure every client has a positive interaction and is satisfied with the level of service they are being provided. Ultimately, she wants to help clients accomplish goals they may not otherwise be able to accomplish on their own.

Brittany is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. She received her law degree from the St. Mary’s University School of Law.
