Devin Parker is the Chief Operations Officer at RMWBH. He works closely with the leaders of each practice area to lead operations including, but not limited to, process improvements, forecasting, projections, budgeting and client development. Devin brings years of managerial and supervisory experience to RMWBH. Prior to joining RMWBH, Devin began honing his managerial skills as a technology and operations supervisor in retail and later transitioned into corporate roles including positions as a buyer, project manager and regional purchasing manager. These past challenges of leading a team while simultaneously overseeing day-to-day operations – specifically data analytics and continuous process improvements – has prepared him for his role with RMWBH. He maintains that leading any team is an evolving role – one that requires adaptability and communication.

Devin received his BBA from the University of Houston-Downtown in Management Information Systems and is a Six Sigma Black Belt. Devin is passionate about providing his team with the necessary professional development to better utilize technology, data analytics and process improvements. His leadership and commitment ultimately aid RMWBH in providing excellent client service.
