Mark Rabe is a Shareholder in the Litigation Section of Roberts Markel Weinberg Butler Hailey PC. He has represented clients in a variety of matters, including construction contract disputes, ad valorem tax challenges, employment practices litigation, insurance, home owners associations, real estate transaction disputes, and legal and accounting malpractice.

Mr. Rabe also works in the Corporate section of this firm which handles issues effecting restaurants. The firm provides a wide range of services to restaurateurs, including business entity creation and governance, real estate purchase/leasing, and employment issues.

Mr. Rabe is also involved with the Greater Austin Restaurant Association, a chapter of the Texas Restaurant Association, and the Dripping Springs Chamber of Commerce.

During law school, Mr. Rabe interned for the Honorable Judge Elizabeth Ray in the 165th Harris County District Court. Prior to becoming a lawyer, he served his country in the United States Army, where he worked as a supply sergeant and paratrooper for the 18th Airborne Corp and the 82nd Airborne Division in Ft. Bragg, North Carolina.
