Melissa McLain is a Shareholder in RMWBH’s Property Owner’s Association Section. Melissa works with property owner’s associations of all sizes to achieve the best possible results on their legal issues. Melissa represents clients in corporate matters such as interpreting, amending, and revising their governing documents. She will also act in a general counsel role for associations by guiding the client through threatened litigation from homeowners, weighing cost/benefit analyses of taking certain actions, and assisting the client through non-judicial foreclosure proceedings.

Melissa constantly strives to perfect her craft and stay ahead of the changing rules and regulations governing the property owner’s association industry for the benefit of her clients. She particularly enjoys the collaborative nature and team work on legal issues with RMWBH attorneys.

Melissa graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Arts in communications and received her law degree from South Texas College of Law.
