Dustin Fessler is a Shareholder at Roberts Markel Weinberg Butler Hailey PC and works in the business, real estate, and general civil litigation sections of the firm. He is Board Certified in Consumer and Commercial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and is a member of the Fort Bend County Bar Association, Houston Bar Association, and American Bar Association. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Fessler was employed by a major insurance carrier in New York City, where he worked on Directors & Officers, Errors & Omissions and Financial Institution claims.

Mr. Fessler is licensed in Texas, New York and New Jersey. Mr. Fessler earned his J.D. from Ave Maria School of Law, where he served as a senator for the Student Bar Association, member of the Ave Maria Ambassador program, and was a recipient of the Salt and Light and Robey Scholarships. He attended South Texas College of Law as a visiting student for his final year of law school.

Mr. Fessler serves as a board member for several community organizations, including the Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce, Fort Bend Education Foundation, and Literacy Council of Fort Bend. Mr. Fessler also serves as a Co- Chair for the Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce Leadership Forum.
