Cliff Davis is a Shareholder in the Property Owner’s Association Section. Bringing over 25 years of experience in representing property owner’s associations, Cliff uses his extensive knowledge of the Texas Property Code to counsel association clients of all sizes that are both under owner control and developer control on corporate matters, which include contract negotiations, requirements/procedures to successfully amend and adopt governing documents. Cliff will also guide clients through the collection and deed restriction enforcement process.

Cliff prides himself on providing quick and thorough responses to the client that not only clearly address and answer the question or issue raised by the client, but also identify and address related issues that the client may not have considered when requesting legal advice.

Prior to joining RMWBH, Cliff spent time in Washington D.C. as a staff assistant in a congressional office and worked for the City of Houston in deed restriction enforcement. Cliff says these prior experiences helped prepare him for his role at RMWBH because they required attention to detail and being thorough in his work and his advice and recommendations to his clients.

Cliff is a graduate of the University of Houston with a bachelor’s degree in political science. He received his law degree from the South Texas College of Law. He is Board Certified in Residential Real Estate and Property Owner’s Association Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
