Clint Brown is a Shareholder and Practice Head for RMWBH’s Property Owner’s Association Section. Clint represents clients including residential and commercial associations, master planned communities, developers, high rises and condominiums, as well as assists clients in navigating bankruptcy proceedings at the federal levels.

Collaborating with clients is key to ensuring Clint provides the type of service clients’ demand. His personal interactions with clients allow him to address the clients’ needs rather than merely providing a legal answer. In person and phone call interactions are critical in his role as it allows him to relay attorney jargon in a way non-attorneys can understand. It also allows him to really understand the issue and jointly come up with ideas to tackle it head on.

Clint is a major driver of the firm’s education program. He routinely writes articles for and presents to the State Bar of Texas, Community Associations Institute (CAI) National and local Texas chapters, various local community association groups and individual association boards.

He is a proud University of Texas at Austin Longhorn graduate. Clint achieved his law degree from the South Texas College of Law graduating cum laude. He has been recognized for his achievements in the legal industry by being named a Rising Star in Super Lawyers from 2020-2023 and was named a Super Lawyer in 2024 and 2025. He is a Fellow in CAI’s College of Community Association Lawyers and is Board Certified in Residential Real Estate Law and Property Owner’s Association Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
