Rida J. Sarwar is an Associate Attorney in RMWBH’s Real Estate Section. Rida assists clients through the planning, development, and administration phases across a wide range of projects, including master planned communities and commercial developments.

Rida collaborates with developers in the drafting of governing documents, establishing various types of property owners associations and navigating the various legal and operational issues that arise during the development and ongoing management of communities.

Previously serving as a law clerk for RMWBH and Judge Yvonne Ho of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas , Rida used this experience to hone her legal research, writing, and management skills.

Rida believes in providing tailored legal solutions that align with the client’s vision and the unique realities of their projects. She takes a proactive approach to provide clear communication and guidance to clients to help shape communities that are built to last.

Rida is a graduate of the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Business Administration, and she received her law degree from the University of Houston Law Center.
