Brandon J. Carton is an Associate Attorney in RMWBH’s Litigation Section representing clients in complex litigation and insurance defense matters.

Brandon collaborates with clients through every aspect of the litigation process ensuring the client’s needs are kept at the forefront throughout developing case strategies, case production and case review and analysis.

Prior to joining RMWBH, Brandon served as a criminal defense counsel gaining vast experience in the courtroom. Brandon strives to give the client a sense of ease and feeling that they are being heard.

Brandon is a graduate of Texas A&M University where he received his bachelor’s degree in political science and master’s degree in business administration, and he received his law degree from South Texas College of Law.
