After 140 days, the 88th Texas Legislative Session has come to an end. This session saw bills addressing chickens, rabbits, cottage food production, windmills and more, but which bills have gone to the governor for his signature, and which got lost in the legislative shuffle. Shareholder Clint Brown of our Austin Office takes you through where every POA related bill ended in the session, the actions POAs will need to take to address the new laws and looks ahead to the 89th Texas Legislative Session with a way too early preview on what bills might be seen again.
