Sulman Hirani is an Associate in the Corporate Section of RMWBH. He works side-by-side with clients to help them achieve their goals in forming entities, corporate-governance issues, mergers and acquisitions, and private offerings. He assists in drafting, analyzing, and negotiating a myriad of agreements, including asset and stock purchase agreements, company agreements, and commercial agreements.

Sulman strives to help clients problem-solve potential issues and meet their legal needs through his practice.

Sulman is a graduate of the University of Houston from which he received his BBA in 2014. He received his law degree from the University of Texas School of Law in 2017.
